The challenge
Vacation home bookings are too big to give away a commission
For an entire house sleeping 10 or 15 people, every booking is large, and so is a platform's commission.
Commissions on large bookings
15% of a weekend for a big group is a lot of money out of your pocket.
Deposits that are hard to track
Getting the deposit, confirming the transfer and holding the date is usually done by hand.
Seasonal prices
A holiday weekend or December isn't worth the same as a low-season Tuesday.
The solution
How Roomii helps your vacation home
The house as one unit
List the entire property as a unit type with its capacity, photos and price per night.
Minimum stay
Require two or three nights on weekends by setting your bookings' minimum nights.
Deposit by bank transfer
Set the deposit percentage; the guest uploads their receipt and the date is held while you review it.
Price by date
Set different prices for long weekends, high season and special dates.
FAQ
Questions about Roomii for vacation homes
Can I rent the whole house instead of by room?

I have several houses, do they go on the same link?
Yes. Each house is a unit type with its own photos, capacity and prices.
How do I handle the deposit?
With bank transfer or cash you set a deposit percentage; the booking confirms when you approve it and you record the balance later.
