Who processes your data

Roomii processes data about the properties that use the service and about people who fill in our contact form. For bookings, the Property is the controller of the guest's data; Roomii acts as processor and uses it only to manage the booking.

What data we collect

• Contact form: name, email, phone and property details.
• Bookings: the guest's name, email, phone, ID document (optional), dates and notes.
• Payments: we don't store card data. It is processed directly by the Property's payment gateway.

What we use it for

To contact you about Roomii, manage bookings, send confirmations and meet legal obligations. We don't sell personal data.

Your rights

You can access, update, correct and delete your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. We respond within the legal deadlines.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encryption of sensitive credentials and data isolation between properties.
