Getting started: from zero to your first booking

In about 20 minutes you can have your page published and your link ready for your Instagram bio.

1. Create your account

1. Go to Get your link and fill in Your name, Email and a Password of at least 10 characters.
2. Type your Property name. The Your link field fills in by itself (for example roomii.link/hotel-la-montana); you can change it using only lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens.
3. Choose your Country and the Currency for your rates. If you like, add your WhatsApp / phone.
4. Tick I accept the terms and the privacy policy and click Create account. You'll go straight to your dashboard.

2. Confirm your email

We'll send you an email to confirm your address. Open it and click the link: you'll see Done! Your email is verified. Without this step your page can't take bookings.

• If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder.
• The link expires after 3 days. To get a new one, use the Resend link button in the yellow notice at the top of your dashboard.

3. Complete the "Publish your page" steps

In Overview, the first screen of the dashboard, you'll see the Publish your page checklist. Each step takes you to where it's done:

1. Confirm your email: the previous step.
2. Fill in your legal details: legal name and document, in My property → Legal & privacy. See how to fill them in.
3. Create at least one room with a photo and a price, in Rooms. See the rooms guide.
4. Set up how you get paid, in Payments: turn on bank transfers or payment on arrival. See the payments guide.

4. Publish your page

Once all four steps are done, the Publish my page button turns on. Click it and your page starts taking bookings.

Until you publish it, anyone who opens your link will see a "Coming soon" notice and search engines won't show it. To see how it looks at any time, use View my page in the dashboard menu.

5. Share your link

In Overview you'll find the Your booking link (put it in your Instagram bio) card with the Copy button. Paste it in:

• Your Instagram, Facebook and TikTok bio.
• Your WhatsApp Business profile and quick replies.
• Your Google Maps profile, in the website or bookings field.

Every time someone books, you'll get an email at your property's Contact email.
